What a private proof gallery should do
A private boudoir proof gallery gives the client one controlled place to view unfinished images and choose what should be retouched. It is not a storage folder, a portfolio, or a final delivery page. Its job is to make a sensitive selection process calm and unambiguous.
That means the gallery needs more than a grid of images. It needs access control, proof labels, favorite instructions, download boundaries, and a deadline. When those cues are visible in the same place, the client does not have to search through emails to understand the process.
- Open with a discreet title and short client note.
- Use a studio gallery with an optional PIN or invite.
- Show proof images for review without enabling downloads.
- Collect favorites in the same place the client views images.
