Using Framekeep

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Use Framekeep only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this agreement.
• Maintain the rights and permissions needed for content you upload.
• Respect rate limits, security controls, and avoid interfering with the service.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive activity, including harassment or distribution of malware.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the platform.
• No sharing of login credentials outside your team, and no unauthorized access to other accounts.
• No uploading of content that you lack rights to share or that infringes others’ rights.

Content ownership and license

You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant Framekeep a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the services you request. You are responsible for the legality of your content and for obtaining necessary permissions.

Free access

Framekeep is currently free for photographers in this instant gallery version. We do not collect payments for this version. If paid features are introduced later, any prices and billing terms will be presented before purchase.

Disclaimers

The services are provided strictly "as is" and "as available." Framekeep makes no promises, commitments, or guarantees about uptime, availability, data retention, accuracy, security, or fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framekeep and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary, including lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the services. If a limitation on liability is not enforceable in a particular case, our aggregate liability for all claims related to the services will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US $50).

Termination

You may stop using Framekeep at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to access the services ends, but sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or for legal reasons. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms and updating the date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
