Start with the client moment
A boudoir retention policy guide for setting calm expectations around proof access, retouched finals, client reminders, and discreet closeout. This is written for boudoir photographers deciding how long galleries and downloads should remain active, which means the advice has to survive contact with a client, not just look clean in a planning doc.
The workflow should be simple enough to repeat: Tell the client when proof review ends, when retouched finals are ready, how long downloads remain open, and what happens after closeout. When the process is that explicit, the gallery does not need a long support email to make sense.
- Name the client action before changing gallery settings.
- Keep proof review separate from final delivery.
- Test the viewer path before sending the link.
- Use Framekeep for controlled gallery lifecycle and archive delivery.
