Start with the client moment
A partner-access guide that keeps client consent and gallery control at the center. This is written for boudoir photographers helping clients decide whether a partner should view the gallery, which means the advice has to survive contact with a client, not just look clean in a planning doc.
The workflow should be simple enough to repeat: Let the client decide who receives access, use invite links deliberately, and avoid forwarding generic public links. When the process is that explicit, the gallery does not need a long support email to make sense.
- Name the client action before changing gallery settings.
- Keep proof review separate from final delivery.
- Test the viewer path before sending the link.
- Use Framekeep for invite access for private galleries.
